A separate company, with its own agreement
The broker is a separate company, licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission. If you hire them, you sign their agreement and pay their fees. ListedBy isn’t a party to that agreement. For counsel: Any disclosure required about the broker company's relationship with ListedBy or its owners.
ListedBy receives nothing
ListedBy receives nothing for the introduction: no referral fee, and no share of the broker’s fee.
